A handful at a time
We carry six to twelve houses. Every one has been walked through by the person who will show it to you, and nobody here is working a list of two hundred.
Photographed properly
A real photographer, on a day with the right light, with the furniture where it should be. No fisheye, no fake skies, no rooms that turn out to be half the size.
The awkward facts, up front
Lease length, EPC band, what the survey will probably flag. You will find it on the listing rather than four weeks into a conveyance.
The agency

Harbrook was started in 2016 on the principle that an estate agency should be able to tell you honestly whether a house is right for you — including when the answer is no.
We take a smaller fee than the high street and sell a smaller number of houses. Those two facts are related.
